Potsticker dumplings are amazing when freshly mixed, and wrapped potstickers are even better....that is if you are actually good at wrapping them. Alas our fat fingers and lack of dexterity makes the pursuit of potsticker happiness a futile one. So what did we do?
Well, we turned our potstickers into an open faced taco-esque frisbee of awesomeness. Juicy meat on a thin crispy shell, topped with a tangy cabbage slaw, all made in under 10 minutes. What's not to like?
