One of our all time favorite indian-chinese dishes! Breaded cauliflower perfectly deep fried and tossed in a sweet garlicy chili sauce....what's not to like? The cooking process of course!
Thankfully we've discovered a method that avoids deep-frying altogether. Sure it requires a bit of a workaround, and the availability of an oven/air fryer, but once you have that settled we've got everything else covered...down to that awesome garlicky sweet chili sauce.
