We're bringing you another Lean & Fit Bundle, this time in partnership with the very cool Coach Xuan Yun!

She's not only an experienced personal trainer that specializes in fitness training for women and children, she's also a pro Muay Thai fighter, and she's the current WBC International Mini-fly Weight Champion. 

What’s in the bundle?

Our Lean & Fit meal bundle, specially selected by Coach Xuan Yun, comes with 2 meals, as well as an oatmeal and a smoothie. They're designed based on her own diet and healthy eating habits - starting the morning with a fibre-packed oatmeal to power her through the day, then a Thai-inspired Tangy Larb with Winged Beans lunch that's tasty and easy to whip up, a mid-afternoon smoothie (good for mixing in your own protein powders) and an easy oven-baked salmon for lots of Omega 3 goodness! 

 The bundle contains: 

  • 1x Tangy Chicken Larb with Winged Beans
  • 1x Honey Mustard Salmon
  • 1x Triple Berry Smoothie
  • 1x Banana Nut Oatmeal

All ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces) are included, washed and prepped, with step by step instructions.

A caveat: While our meal bundle is designed to provide nutritious meals to help you stay energized and focused and are a great option for supporting overall healthy living, for highly specific dietary needs or health goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain), we recommend consulting with a nutritionist or dietitian.

The bundle will be available for a limited period month, from April 15 to June 11 (subject to availability). 

Note: Meal kits keep for 3-4 days in the fridge; Oatmeal and smoothies keep for 5-6 months in the freezer
