Rice - Short Grain (Microwavable)

RICE.....everything is better with rice. The worst part of a Prepped kit is waiting for the rice to cook (even if you have a pressurized and extra fast rice cooker). Sometimes we just reach for that microwavable rice.... Rice in 3 minutes anyone?
