Is it a warm salad? Or maybe a noodle dish? We don't really know either, what we do know is that has become a bit of lunch favorite for us. Inspired by the bun pho xao, we kept the noodles constant, but opted to spruce things up with a citrus-fish sauce marinated steak instead of the usual stir-fried strips. Add in a handful of herbs and lunch will become a daily highlight for you too!
