Smothered Steamed Broccoli
Smothered, Covered and Capped (if you know, you know) ...except now that we're adults we've created a healthy yet still appetizing version. In place of griddled hash we now have lightly steamed broccoli covered with 3 types of shrooms and smothered with our goji berries/ red date infused sauce. Now that's a guilt-free late-night dinner
PS: if you really want to impress, add a drop of truffle oil and watch this dish transform into one worthy of a banquet dinner
