Qinglong Medley

Qinglong is the kobe beef equivalent of vegetables: The spicy garlic-ky top half is chopped off to use as fertilizer while exposure to sunlight is strictly controlled throughout the different stages of growth. This results in a tender and mild tasting chive, the perfect companion to a medley of beansprouts and oyster mushrooms.
