Ever put something at the back of your fridge only to forget about it? We do that all the time! Thankfully, when it comes to kimchi, it means it we get to enjoy one of our all time favourites: stir-fried kimchi. We age our kimchi till it gets to a PH level of 4.2; the perfect sweetness and twang for making stews and stir-frys.
PS: We forgot to mention the heaping serving of pork belly.....this dish is our favourite for a reason.
