We love a good lemak. What is that? It's a way of cooking that leverages the sweetness and creaminess of coconut milk to extract the full flavor of the ingredients. A good base is key and we make ours with a freshly grounded mix of 11 herbs and spices. Toss in some kale to really soak up all that coco-nutty goodness, and a dash of ginger flower to brighten up the stew an you get a light curry that is both rich, creamy but also easy on the palette.
