Cha Ca (Turmeric Dill Seabass)
Turmeric marinated fish pan-seared over high heat with a fistful of aromatic herbs....need we say more? We skipped the shrimp paste to make it a tad more kid friendly but dialed up the dill to really bring home the freshness and natural sweetness of the seabass.
We like this dish so much we're contemplating adding dill to our planter boxes...
