Bang Bang Chicken
Bang bang traditionally refers to the sticks (Bang 棒) used to smash and shred the chicken into strips. For us though the bang bang evokes memories of those red chained lunar new year firecrackers: each chicken strip, a little fire cracker, popping and bursting with flavor as you chew. Tangy, nutty, crispy, tender every mouthful starts and ends with a bang of pure enjoyment!
PS: We like it warm, but you can also store it in the fridge and serve it as a cold appetizer for those busy lazy-to-cook days
