Inspired by one of our favourite netflix shows to binge on! (we watched the intro so much that we had to try and recreate the dish)

  • Making your own konbu dashi from scratch (using our little tea bags)
  • Feeling grounded and so close to nature from the earthiness of burdock
  • The mix of textures between the give of the daikon, the bounciness of the konnyaku and the crunch of the root vegetables
  • The warmth from the rich savory taste of red miso
